Brix
Brix is a scale used to quantify the sugar content of an aqueous solution. We have saturated our Winter offering of Interval with beet sugars found in a Belgain Tripple, hops from an English Barley Wine, and fermented with our house strain of yeast. In the tradition of English Barley Wines we have conditioned (carbonated) this beer to cask levels. This beer, warm and hoppy, will keep the chills out this winter.

Vernal
This Dunkel Wheat Wine brewed with Element's house yeast, local maple syrup, and Pioneer Valley grown and malted organic wheat, uses a generous dose of Pacific Northwest hops (Summit) to infuse crisp citrus flavors into Element's spring offering.

Summer Pilsner Fusion (SPF)
"Oatmeal Pilsner" combines the smoothness of an oatmeal stout and pale golden color of a German Pilsner. An enormous helping of Nobel hops (Hallertau Hersbrucker) impart aromas of a fresh cut field whilst English oats and our house yeast give this ale a surprisingly rich finish.
